Thousands of factory workers have lost their jobs, yet there are manufacturing companies which can't find workers for their open positions. One CEO believes America should look to overseas workers for a solution. First, some dismal numbers. Even as the economy continues to churn out new jobs, the manufacturing sector lost 29,000 jobs in March, continuing a streak of declines. According to a report released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics earlier this month, the manufacturing sector lost an average of 3,000 jobs per month over the past year. But today, there's still a shortage of highly skilled workers.
