Buy BlackRock Shares When They Come In, Jim Cramer Says

TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer was pleased with Blackrock's (BLK) - Get Report quarterly results, released Wednesday.

He said investors should buy the stock when it comes in. 

The stock is up roughly 23% since the start of the year.
