A global survey by Entrepreneurs' Organization shows most business owners are upbeat about the economy and plan to hire more full-time employees. Director Blair Assaly says that business owners are also finding increased access to capital compared to last year, and see profits increasing. 90% of entrepreneurs reported a willingness to start a business in the current economic environment. Business owners in South Asia were most optimistic about improving economic conditions, followed by the U.S. The Entrepreneurs' Organization has chapters in 46 countries, with more than 10,000 members.
