Warren Buffett reportedly voted his stake in Wells Fargo (WFC) - Get Report to back the bank's board. Buffett is the bank's largest shareholder, owning roughly 10%. Wells Fargo is under fire for reportedly directing employees to create up to 2 million fraudulent accounts.

Institutional Shareholder Services recommended shareholders vote out 12 of 15 board members.
