Brexit Negotiators Get Down to Business
Britain and the EU start the second round of substantive talks Monday.
Britain and the European Union started the second round of Brexit talks Monday.
"We made a good start last month but we are now getting into the substance of the matter," British Brexit Secretary David Davis said at a press conference.
"We will now delve into the heart of the matter," said EU Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier.
The two sides are expected to update the media on Thursday.
