Boeing, Yelp Ready Earnings Reports, Jim Cramer's QSR Play

The third quarter earnings parade rolls on, and U.S. stocks are seeing mostly positive news coming from the earliest members of the crop. Wednesday's earnings will include a number of big names, among them, Northrop Grumman, General Motors and Boeing before the open this morning. Once the trading day wraps up, Yelp and the Cheesecake Factory will be among companies announcing numbers. Plus, after McDonald's shares took a big dive on an earnings miss yesterday, Jim Cramer is eyeing $100 as his price target for the stock -- he's not sweating the miss, and says new North American leadershipcould win out.
