Kuwait Airways is reportedly considering buying ten Boeing 777 passenger jets worth about $3.2 billion. The deal would follow Kuwait Airways' agreement in February to buy 25 new jets and lease 12 others from Boeing rival Airbus, in a deal estimated to be worth around $4.4 billion. Kuwait Airways' jet order would be an added boon to Boeing, which has delivered more planes than Airbus so far this year. Airbus said it delivered 389 aircraft between January and August, while Boeing delivered 461 during the same period. Boeing spokesman Charles Bickers declined to comment on the reports, while Kuwait Airways did not respond to a request.
