Blue Origin launched its first passenger spaceflight on Tuesday.
The four-passenger flight on the New Shepard spacecraft lasted 11 minutes round-trip.
Amazon and Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos was joined on the flight by his brother, Mark, 82-year old aviator Wally Funk and 18-year-old Oliver DaemanThe launch took place at Launch Site One in Texas and took the crew 62 miles above the Earth's surface
The flight took place on the 52-year anniversary of the U.S. astronauts winning the race to the moon on Apollo 11. Read more about that here.
