Blackberry won its first round against Typo products, the maker of the keyboard case that mimics Blackberry's keyboard. The case is used to give iPhones a keyboard similar to a Blackberry. A judge has halted the sale of the keyboards, which is made by a company that is co-founded by American Idol's Ryan Seacrest. The cases have been slow to gain any traction and analysts are still mixed on last week's results, with some upgrading the stock while others have downgraded it.
