Tesla  (TSLA) - Get Free Report CEO Elon Musk and JPMorgan Chase's  (JPM) - Get Free Report CEO Jamie Dimon have always publicly voiced their opinions and when the two are in opposition, you will surely hear about it.

The latest issue of contention is a lawsuit filed by JPMorgan against Tesla for breach of contract. In 2014, Tesla sold warrants to JPMorgan that would pay off if their strike price was below Tesla's share price upon the warrant's expiration in June and July of this year, according to the lawsuit.

Tesla claims that JPMorgan made "unreasonably swift" and "opportunistic" adjustments to the strike price and is refusing to pay the $162 million demanded by JPMorgan.

JPMorgan has a history of working with Tesla on early stock offerings from 2010 to 2016, but Tesla has sought out other financial firms to work with including Goldman Sachs for more recent stock offerings.

JPMorgan said in a statement last week, “We have provided Tesla multiple opportunities to fulfill its contractual obligations, so it is unfortunate that they have forced this issue into litigation,”

Elon Musk in his inimitable style fired back in a quote to The Wall Street Journal, “If JPM doesn’t withdraw their lawsuit, I will give them a one-star review on Yelp. This is my final warning!”
