Bet On Oil, Agriculture Bounce with New iShares Commodities ETF

Investors that would rather be early than late to the rebound in commodity prices should buy the iShares Commodities Select Strategy ETF, said Joe Nelesen, director at iShares. More than half of the fund is in energy futures and equities which will benefit from growth in the global economy and a potential OPEC supply cut, said Nelesen. He said lower oil prices will also help the agriculture and precious portion of the portfolio. Nelesen said the ETF is a good way to own precious and base metals for those investors that are worried about inflation and are seeking a hedge.
