Jim Cramer, portfolio manager at TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS and host of CNBC’s ‘Mad Money’ said Amazon (AMZN) stock is going higher because the company’s business model is so good. ‘This is going to be an Amazon holiday season,’ said Cramer as he answered viewers’ questions from social media on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday. Viewers were asking about stock of Nordstrom (JWN), Tiffany (TIF) and J.C.Penney (JCP), which reported better than expected same-store sales. Cramer said he’s not going to roll the dice on Nordstrom because of Macy’s (M) disappointing sales, and he favors Amazon among the retailers. One viewer asked about Horizon Pharmaceutical (HZNP) now that Express Scripts (ESRX) has sued the company over a dispute regarding pharmacy drug sales. Cramer responded that the market is correct is pushing stock of Horizon lower, and he recommended Allergan (AGN), saying that stock continues to be a winner.
