Back to Brexit: PM May's Gamble Throws EU Exit Talks Into Crisis

Britain's Brexit preparations descended into chaos Friday after the failure of Prime Minister Theresa May to secure a majority win in the very election she called in order to strengthen her hand in upcoming negotiations with the European Union.

Talks with officials in Brussels are scheduled to begin on June 19 in an effort to address the myriad political, economic and social issues the two sides will need to agree upon in order for Britain to leave the EU by their self-imposed 2019 deadline.
