Attorney General Jeff Sessions will testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday. It is not clear yet whether the testimony will be heard in a closed or open meeting. Sessions recused himself from an investigation in March regarding Russia and Donald Trump's presidential campaign, after acknowledging he had met with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. last year. Some committee members may focus on whether Sessions violated his recusal by recommending Comey's dismissal in a memo.
