Airlines such as American (AAL) - Get Report , Delta (DAL) - Get Report and United (UAL) - Get Report are facing some tough headwinds from Europe to Latin America and TheStreet's Jim Cramer has a playbook on how they can weather the turbulence. Cramer says Americans are not traveling to Europe because of concerns over terrorism and Europeans are not traveling to the U.S. because of the strong dollar. Latin America is also doing badly. Cramer's recipe for success: "They have to stop the price cutting, get out of the unprofitable routes, use the cash to be able to buy back stock and therefore raise the earnings per share and therefore not have down numbers and therefore the stocks would go higher."
