It's been a wild ride for cannabis stocks. Tilray TLRY has been on a rollercoaster ride since Sept.

TheStreet's Tony Owusu has been focusing on the cannabis stocks. He covered Tilray when the stock was shooting up and still feels bullish on cannabis even as the stock plummeted.

Jim Cramer, on the other hand, is pretty bearish on the Canadian pot stocks ahead of cannabis's legalization on Oct. 17.

Watch as TheStreet's Tony Owusu and Katherine Ross look at the bull and bear arguments for investing in Canadian cannabis companies.

Jim Cramer's Teach In on Oct. 13 will have a heavy focus in cannabis. Bruce Linton, CEO of Canopy Growth (CGC) , and Bill Newlands COO of Constellation Brands (STZ) will sit down with Jim Cramer for a fireside chat about the state of cannabis.
