Apple's iWatch Rumored to Be Delayed as Stocks Head Into the Weekend

It's been a rough week for stocks, but all the major averages managed to eek out small gains as we head into the weekend. Amazon (AMZN) had a great trading day. The online shopping giant had an array of news today including a report showing its same-store sales were up more than 34 percent in June. Reuters also reported that Amazon formally asked the U.S. government to test its delivery drones. KGI Research is predicting the production of Apple's much rumored iWatch will delayed to mid-to-late November from late-September. Apple could not be reached for comment. Next week will be a big earnings week for banks. JPMorgan (JPM) Goldman Sachs (GS) Bank of America (BAC) Morgan Stanley (MS) and Citigroup (C) all report next week.
