Apple (AAPL - Get Report) took the wraps off the iPhone 11 at its annual September launch event on Tuesday, and the main improvements were a host of new camera features, including a new ultra wide-angle lens, support for low-light conditions and the use of machine learning to create optimized shots. Apple also increased the battery life for its new phones, and reduced pricing for its entry-level iPhone 11, as well as for previous iPhone models still being sold.
For the fifth version of its Apple Watch, the tech giant debuted an always-on feature, while keeping the entry-level pricing for it at $399, the same as for its predecessor. And Apple also showed off some of the games that will be available on its new Arcade video game subscription service, which will debut on Sept. 19 in more than 150 countries for a price of $4.99 a month after a free trial month.
