Apple is reportedly in talks with TV programmers about developing its own Web TV service. Apple is considering a service which would provide bundles of programming the company has secured through deals with content providers, according to Re/code. The service would be sold directly to consumers over the Internet, similar to Dish's Sling TV product. This would be different from Apple TV, the company's device that allows users to access Internet programming on their traditional TV. Now, the company's exploring selling the actual programming itself. Apple has reportedly already shown programmers demos of the service, though talks are still said to be in the early stages.
