The European Commission has ruled that Apple (AAPL) - Get Report must pay up to $14.5 billion in taxes to Ireland, and TheStreet's Jim Cramer says there are several things to think about regarding that decision. Cramer says the lesson here is that tax are fungible, and while Apple thought it made a deal with Ireland, things changed.
