Apple and Hilton get upgraded while Hewlett Packard gets its rating cut in Tuesday's Analysts' Actions. Hewlett Packard was downgraded to SECTOR PERFORM by analysts at Pacific Crest Securities who say that, after its two year run, the company is in a rebuilding year during its split. Credit Suisse analysts aren't saying that about Apple: they just slapped an OUTPERFORM rating on the iPhone maker and boosted their EPS rating for the stock, giving Apple a boost on a good morning for markets. And Wells Fargo analysts are ready to check into Hilton, where they say the company's stock has underperformed post-IPO.
