Apple and Square announced a new partnership that will allow people to add money stored on Square's virtual card, an app called Square Cash, to their Apple Wallet.
Apple (AAPL) - Get Report and Square (SQ) - Get Report announced a new partnership that will allow people to add money stored on Square's virtual card, an app called Square Cash, to their Apple Wallet. Users would be able to spend money from their Square Cash accounts to purchase items from locations that accept Apple Pay. Square CEO Jack Dorsey and Apple Vice President Jennifer Bailey unveiled the new partnership at Recode's Code Commerce conference in San Francisco on Tuesday.
