The International Energy Agency says oil may not have bottomed out yet. The IEA says without an increase in demand expectations, high cost oil suppliers will continue to bear the brunt of the market clearing process. The IEA also said the output from Iran hasn't been as much as thought. Ulta Salon (ULTA) beat earnings expectations. The hair and cosmetic company says it will boost its stock buyback program. Shares of Ulta are up 16% in the past 12 months. U.S. import prices for February are released. The Baker Hughes rig count is reported. Also, Fitch Ratings will weigh in on Greece's credit rating.
