Longtime exec Bill Shine resigned as 21st Century Fox ( (FOXA) - Get Report ) seeks to clean up its image from the Fox News sexual and racial harassment scandal.

He was a protege of former Chairman Roger Ailes.
Ailes was dismissed following a sexual harassment case filed by former anchor Gretchen Carlson.

The most visible face to leave was Bill O'Reilly.
O'Reilly left Fox News after reports that he & the network paid out $13 million to five women who filed sexual harassment complaints.
