Amplify Snack Brands (BETR) CEO Tom Ennis said he isn't disappointed in the performance of the company's stock during its trading debut. Amplify's stock was priced at $18, above the expected offering range, but fell at the open. Amplify is the maker of Skinny Pop Popcorn, and recently acquired the Paqui Tortilla Chips brand, which Ennis said will be launched nationally early next year. Ennis also told TheStreet that while he plans to make more acquisitions, he doesn't see that happening for at least a year. Ennis sees sales growing at 3% to 4% at the company over the next few years, and also forecasts additional market share gains, and an expansion of its distribution channels. Ennis added that Amplify will ramp up its marketing budget this year, and also step up its promotion through social media.
