While cancelled or delayed flights, uncomfortable seats and rude staff all rank among Americans' complaints when it comes to the airlines, it's fees that really get under their skin. A new poll conducted for TheStreet by GfK found that 70% of Americans find bag fees to be annoying, but even more, 73% are annoyed by high ticket costs. Outside of ticket price, most poll respondents said their most important consideration when selecting a flight was non-stop service. Fewer than one in five cite an airline's reputation, frequency of service or getting frequent flier miles as the most important consideration when selecting an airline.
