Amazon Web Services' Andy Jassy Predicts More Price Cuts in Store

You can expect even lower prices from Amazon Web Services in the future, despite the fact that the company has already cut prices on 44 different occasions over the last six to seven years. That's according to Amazon Web Services Senior Vice President Andy Jassy, who shed light on Amazon's web-hosting and cloud infrastructure unit at the Fortune Brainstorm Tech conference. Jassy said it's not difficult to lower prices, it's difficult to afford to lower prices. He explains that Amazon Web Services does so by consistently working to take costs out of its cost structure and pass the savings on to the consumer. TheStreet's Brittany Umar reports from New York.
