Amazon announces a plan to create an additional 100,000 full-time, full-benefit jobs in the U.S. over the next 18 months.
Amazon (AMZN) - Get Report joined the automakers on Thursday in announcing new U.S. jobs. Amazon has plans for 100,000 new full-time, full-benefit jobs in the U.S. to open over the next 18 months, the company said.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos said the new job opportunities are nationwide and for workers with all types of experience, education and skill -- from engineers and software developers to entry-level positions.
