Aereo Goes to Sundance Undaunted by Supreme Court Date

Aereo CEO Chet Kanojia has a date with the Supreme Court but that didn't keep him away from courting independent filmmakers at the Sundance Film Festival as the video-streaming service hunts for new content. Kanojia is aiming to make Aereo, which rebroadcasts television networks' free over-the-air signals, a destination for Indie films even as it prepares for a court battle with the country's largest broadcasters, led by CBS and Fox.
