Advanced Disposal Lauches IPO as Business Prepares for Hurricane Matthew Landfall
Advanced Disposal's (ADSW) - Get Report CEO Richard Burke says his responsibility right now is to ensure the safety of the company's employees and says it will be there to help with cleanup after Hurricane Matthew. Advanced Disposal, which debuted on the NYSE Thursday, says the company has grown from 5 to 3,000 trucks over the past 17 years and has worked hard to diversify its revenue streams. Burke says, "we've seen a lot of growth around tuck-in acquisitions, municipal contracts and our commercial and industrial business." Burke's customer base is also very diversified. The company's largest customer is just two percent of revenue. Advanced now has customers across the commercial, residential, housing and landfill sectors.
