With the seemingly frequent volatile swings in the market these days, its no wonder investors are confused. And so when Jim Cramer took questions at the end of his April Action Alerts PLUS members' call, someone asked about how to handle all that.

"We are buyers in weakness and sellers in strength," he said.

And he went on to walk members through his buys and sells.  They currently have a cash position of  11.85%, which the team is very happy with at this very moment.

"So my instincts are to say, don't sell anymore unless its meaningful," said Cramer.  But that doesn't mean that havent sold in other recent drops.
