Wait, You Can Return Your Amazon Order at Kohl's Now?

As retailers increasingly struggle in the age of Amazon, having phenomenal customer service is a must. Kohl's isn't the only one retailer adapting to stay relevant. Check out the stores with return policies that go the extra mile.

Kohl's (KSS) - Get Kohl's Corporation Report  is making a huge move to survive in the age of Amazon (AMZN) - Get Amazon.com, Inc. Report . Starting today, the retailer will begin accepting Amazon returns in 82 locations in Los Angeles and Chicago because if you can't beat them, you join them. The move follows an earlier decision to feature Amazon products including the Echo in Kohl's stores. 

This new service will co-exist with Kohl's "no-hassle" return policy concerning its own products, which allows customers to make returns at any time with or without a receipt. 

But Kohl's isn't the only one attempting to lure consumers back in with great customer service.

Costco Wholesale  (COST) - Get Costco Wholesale Corporation Report , J.C. Penney (JCP) - Get J. C. Penney Company, Inc. Report , L.L. Bean and Sephora also offer competitive and forgiving return polices that ensure you can ditch that terrible sweater your aunt bought you for your last birthday.
