The April jobs report is released on Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Economists expect nonfarm payrolls to rise to 200,000 during the month. 'We're pretty much on the consensus, looking for job growth of 200,000, which would actually be a little bit of a slowdown relative to the recent trend, but still clearly a robust report if we get that number,' said Michelle Meyer, deputy head of U.S. economics at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In March, the economy added 215,000 jobs, though this number could be revised in Friday's report. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from New York.
