2014's Worst CEO Nominees in the Biotechnology Industry

The nominees are in for this year's Worst CEO in Biotech. The list includes Marc Beer of Aegerion Pharmaceuticals (AEGR), John Johnson of Dendreon (DNDN), Steve Kriegsman of CytRx (CYTR), Mark Ahn of Galena Biopharma (GALE), Linda Powers of Northwest Biotherapeutics (NWBO) Joe Podolski of Repros Theraeutics (RPRX) and Martin Shkreli, Retrophin (RTRX). The nominees combined have dealt with headlines in 2014 that include sex, drugs, twitter, bankruptcy, Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and Twitter. But not all are out of their job as CEO for their lack of leadership, some even got promoted.
