TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Facebook (FB) doesn't think it did anything wrong with the data woes, but that doesn't matter.

"It doesn't matter if you think that you're innocent - this is basically the court of public opinion and you're guilty until proven innocent," he said.
