TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thinks United Technologies (UTX) is headed for a breakup.

CEO Greg Hayes told Cramer on Friday's edition of CNBC's Mad Money that the company owes investors an answer on the matter by the end of this year.
