Toys 'R' Us store closures are another "shot in the arm" for Amazon (AMZN) , according to Kenny Polcari, managing director of O'Neil Securities, based on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.

"Retail has been under pressure for a long time because of Amazon," Polcari said. "It's said to see [Toys 'R' Us] go out, but they have been struggling for a while."
