Ohio Governor John Kasich (R) reacts to the latest wave of departures from the White House, including Tuesday's departure of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

"Whether it's in business or whether it's in government or whether it's in sports, you want to have a stable team," Kasich said. "And we're not seeing a lot of that out of the White House."

Meanwhile, as for President Trump's tariffs, Kasich doesn't think they make a lot of sense.

"The tariffs are being put into play on the issue of national security," Kasich noted. "Those in charge of national security said they don't think it's a national security issue."
