Former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich, who served under the Clinton Administration, is not a fan of President Trump's tariff plans.

"When we have tried to do these unilateral tariffs in the past, we have ignited very often trade wars," he said. "Europe is now in the process of getting ready for retaliation against several major American exports - that's going to hurt jobs."

Reich is the author of the new book The Common Good.
