Meet #AlphaRising's favorite #FearlessGirl!

And we think you should get to know her better!

So here are a few fun facts.

Fearless Girl was commissioned by State Street Global Advisors to urge the 3,500-plus client companies to increase the number of women on their corporate boards.

She was installed March 7, 2017, the day before International Women's Day, right in front of the Wall Street bull, which is located at the intersection of Broadway and Whitehall Street, right down the street from the New York Stock Exchange ICE.

The statue, created by sculptor Kristen Visbal, is made of bronze, is 50 inches tall and weights about 250 pounds.

Fearless Girl is a 10-year-old Latina. State Street and Visbal wanted her to be "universal" and "be an inspiration for everybody - fathers who have little girls and husbands who have wives [people who are] white, black, Indian - it should speak to the broadest audience."

Even better, she has a twitter handle: @makemepermanent

Sadly, she is supposed to be removed on March 8, 2018, International Women's Day, unless State Street and the NYC Mayor's office work something out.

You tome can sign the petition to keep her here!

And stay tuned to TheStreet for more  #AlphaInspire stories from the women -- and girls -- who are conquering Wall Street.
