While Netflix (NFLX) shares moved lower Wednesday amid a downgrade from Stifel, the stock has surged in recent trading sessions.

TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said the Stifel downgrade doesn't necessarily mean Netflix is done going up. 

Netflix shares are up 65% since the start of the year.
