The dramatics seem never ending in the pursuit of Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) by Action Alerts PLUS holding Broadcom Ltd. (AVGO) . In a nutshell, Broadcom wants to buy Qualcomm, but Qualcomm won't budge. A series of sometimes snarky back and forth comments have seriously drawn out the narrative, but now Qualcomm is saying it "remains open" to talks with Broadcom. It's getting hard to keep up.

Procter & Gamble Co. (PG) made an appearance in Florida Thursday that was absent one major talking point: activist investor Nelson Peltz. Taylor spent most of his hour on stage hyping the product line, but investors were looking to hear more about P&G's future with Peltz on the company's board.

Meanwhile, Long Blockchain Corp. (LBCC) , the company formerly known as Long Island Iced Tea Corp., is facing delisting from Nasdaq. LBCC shocked Wall Street late last year when it announced a full rebrand to focus on blockchain technologies instead of beverages. As a result of that rebrand, LBCC shares skyrocketed nearly 200%. Now, Nasdaq is saying the company misled investors. Uh oh.
