The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell over 400 points at one point on Tuesday. The two factors driving the declines were a rising 10-Year Treasury yield and lackluster earnings from McDonald's (MCD) .

That's the assessment from JJ Kinahan, chief market strategist at TD Ameritrade.
