Listen to the #AlphaRising Podcast here!

#AlphaRising got to sit down with Tiffany Pham, founder and CEO of Mogul, an online platform that reaches 18 million women daily.

We talked about how she created Mogul as a promise to her grandmother, how she taught herself to code to create the platform and how amazing women like Melinda Gates and Facebook (FB) COO Sheryl Sandberg have given her and her site some serious props.

Take it from @TifftPham: if you want to build the perfect business, start with an imperfect idea. (via @Makerswomen)https://t.co/xylAbf4rCL

In addition, for every $1 that Mogul earns, it distributes a free education to a women in need through its international partners, like the United Nations, and we love that.

Watch her talk about how she got Wall Street's most powerful women on her advisory board in the video above but be sure to listen to our podcast for the whole inspirational story.
