Despite the reduction in the corporate tax from 35 percent to 21 percent, not all of corporate America views the the new GOP tax code like a gift waiting to be unwrapped. For some companies, the new law also means new charges that may put the celebrating to a halt for a few companies.

Goldman Sachs (GS) , Barclays (BCS) , BP (BP) Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.B) and UBS (UBS) are among those taking a hit.
