As tax reform becomes more certain, the financials, industrials and consumer discretionary sectors are set to benefit the most. 

That's the assessment from Darrell Cronk, president of Wells Fargo Investment Institute, which has a 2,700 price target on the broad S&P 500. 

Cronk also expects the health care sector to benefit from the tax reform bill, as health care companies may repatriate their overseas cash back to the U.S. The tax reform bill boasts a 15.5% repatriation rate.
