Stocks reached fresh records. The Dow closed higher 0.57%, the S&P 500 closed higher 0.54% and the Nasdaq closed higher 0.84%. The Nasdaq topped 7,000 points for the first time ever.

Twitter Inc. (TWTR) stock gained over 11% after it announced new rules to crack down on extremist content. Twitter stock was also upgraded at JPMorgan Monday.

Bitcoin prices started to slowly converge Monday after the second futures market, from CME Group, smoothed some gaps.
