Some of the biggest technology names that "do good" for their communities and the environment are included in an impact investing exchange traded fund launched earlier this year.

Alphabet (GOOGL) , Apple (AAPL) , Facebook (FB) and Danaher (DHR) are among the top holdings in the SerenityShares IMPACT ETF (ICAN) .

"We've identified 20 categories to make the world a better place -- things like elder care, renewable energy and recycling," said SerenityShares CEO Scott Sacknoff.

Alphabet, Apple, Facebook and Danaher are among the holdings of Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS.
