The ONE Group Hospitality (STKS) is hungry for more. 

With expansions planned and deals on tap with upscale hotels, the brand, which owns STK restaurants, is poised for tremendous growth, according to president and CEO Manny Hilario. 

Hilario told TheStreet at the LD Micro conference in Los Angeles that his company has been successful in reducing overhead and striking lucrative deals. And as millennials age into more discretionary spending and all age groups continue to favor experiences over things, the ONE Group is putting even more on its plate.
