With the stock market reaching fresh highs, is up the only place to go?

A rising tide certainly does lift ships, but for small cap companies, it might not be so simple, according to TheStreet CEO David Callaway. 

TheStreet caught up with Callaway on the sidelines of a busy LD Micro conference in Los Angeles. Callaway explained his take on record-shattering equities performance and the impact market gains could have on the kinds of micro cap companies appearing at this week's LD Micro conference.
